Francisco Tapia Ferrer is a lawyer specialized in environmental and regulatory matters.
He has experience in the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he was a legal advisor to the Environmental Court of Valdivia and to the Ministry of Finance. In the private sector, he has advised companies in various industries, assisting in the development and management of projects, as well as in disputes, sanctioning procedures and liability lawsuits against third parties.
He is currently an advisor on regulatory and sustainability matters to the Mining Council.
